We re recruiting a Clinic Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai.
About Our Client:
Our client is committed to providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. They focus on delivering topquality services utilizing the latest techniques and advanced technology to ensure the best outcomes for their patients. Dedicated to patient education they help individuals understand and maintain their oral health striving to create a lifetime of healthy confident smiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinics daily operations to ensure smooth and effective patient care
- Optimize clinic efficiency by monitoring patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations standards and healthcare best practices
- Address patient inquiries concerns and feedback to maintain a positive patient experience
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and streamline claims processes
- Manage inventory management to ensure the clinic is wellstocked and organized
- Handle the renewal of Trade Licenses and other essential business documentation via DMCC portals
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospital Management or Business Management
- 24 years of experience in managing clinic operations
- Strong communication skills are essential
