They are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to lead their kitchen team and elevate their culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
  
• Develop and innovate French and Mediterraneaninspired dishes that meet the caf s high standards.
  
• Oversee the preparation cooking and presentation of meals.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  
• Manage inventory order supplies and control kitchen costs.
  
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  
• Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special offerings.
  
• Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.
