الوصف الوظيفي
1. Maintain accurate inventory records using systems.
2. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
3. Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Maintain detailed records of all stock movements including receipts issues and returns.
5. Ensure efficient storage of goods optimizing space and maintaining an organized layout.
6. Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for different types of products.
7. Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance.
8. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy by Batch/Expiry.
9. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels stock movements and warehouse performance.
10. Use data to identify trends issues and areas for improvement.
11. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
12. Supervise and train store keeping staff ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Logistics & Warehouse Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in store keeping inventory management warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
WMS knowledge.
Language: English & Asian Language skills
Proficiency in Computer with Good Knowledge of MS Office; analytical thinking or strategic thinking

Education: Bachelor s Degree from recognized university Work Experience: Minimum 7 10 years of Total work experience. Minimum 5 7 years of relevant work experience Minimum 3 5 years of managerial work experience. Language and IT Skills: Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must), and advanced IT literacy Functional Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language oral and written) Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacity requirements Problems solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time. Travel Requirements Possess a valid UAE driving license and own car PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE ACROSS AJMAN/SHARJAH ROUTE
