Responsibilities:
- Serves as liaison in between department and offices
- Provide assistance to staff managers and seniorlevel officers as required
- Perform clerical duties such as filing answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Receive and forward communications to different staff departments and external parties.
- Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives.
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices individuals and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings conferences and other special events as required.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation visa applications and other logistics for Executives and Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Effective communication and written skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective mathematical abilities and knowledge of financial concepts
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Associates degree required; bachelors degree preferred
