Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including talent acquisition employee relations performance management compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the companys overall business plan.
- Lead the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations address grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development needs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations.
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR advisory services to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to achieve HR goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in the IT industry.
- Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
