Were looking for a client account manager to:
- manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
- be the point of entry for processing client orders e.g. stock orders foreign exchange loans and deposits
- perform account maintenance tasks and clientrelated processes; e.g. account opening and closing suitability reviews initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- research followup and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns
Your team You will be working in the Client Service Team based in the Advisory Office Dubai a multicultural and dynamic team. The CST Dubai supports client advisors across three main markets: Arabian Gulf Saudi Arabia and NRI/NRP. Youll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. Our combined efforts help manage preserve and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise - financial services experience ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications
- effective relationship management skills able to show situational awareness and initiative to selfchallenge and/or challenge others
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutionallike clients
- sound judgement and problemsolving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- confident motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- excellent skills in English (oral and written) further languages are an asset
