Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify prospect and acquire new clients looking to buy sell or invest in real estate properties in Dubai.
Property Listings: Manage and expand the companys portfolio by listing new properties and updating existing ones on various platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Property Tours: Conduct property viewings and tours highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends property values and competitors to provide clients with the most accurate and uptodate information.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system with client interactions and transaction details.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant or similar role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
