Roles & Responsibilities
Handle cash transactions with customers and maintain accurate cash drawer.
Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Keep reports of transactions.
Ensure cash balance at the end of the shift and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in cash handling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of cash handling processes.
