Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies and policies. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations performance management and training and development. This is a key leadership role within the company and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the companys overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all HRrelated laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- MBA with CIPD or SHRM preferable.
- Minimum of 1215 years of experience in HR management preferably in a construction IT and technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Fluency in English is required Arabic is a plus
