A leading real estate firm in the UAE is inviting professional Real Estate Agents to be part of their expanding team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance insights and assistance to sellers buyers landlords and tenants in the marketing purchasing or leasing of properties within Dubai.
• Develop and manage property listings for sale and lease.
• Conduct regular market assessments to gauge property values in specific communities.
• Promote properties through various channels including advertisements open houses and premier property platforms.
• Understand and address clients requirements and financial capacities to recommend suitable solutions.
• Engage in negotiations and advise clients on market dynamics pricing strategies legal stipulations and more.
• Build and nurture networks ensuring collaboration with all stakeholders for smooth transaction processes.
• Oversee purchase and leasing agreements ensuring all terms are met.
• Stay informed about the real estate landscape and uphold best practices.

Requirements:

• A RERArecognized real estate agents or brokers license is an advantage though not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent within the UAE.
• Independent work ethic complemented by a proven sales track record.
• Strong negotiation interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local property market.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is essential.
