2.1.1 Scanning identification documents
2.1.2 Updating guest profiles to Dubai police website upon check in / check out
2.1.3 Matching PMS in house report with CID in house report.
2.1.4 Communicating with guests about the regulations
2.1.5 Ensuring the privacy and security of guests personal information
2.1.6 Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
2.1.7 Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
2.1.8 Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
