Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to quote new business and renewals.
- Provide exceptional client service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Continually stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry, ensuring our clients are receiving the best coverage at the .
- Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies for growing our private client portfolio.
- Leverage your knowledge of personal lines insurance to educate clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Exceptional client service skills, with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in quoting new business and renewals, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Experience with AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati and PURE would be required.
- Active P&C license required
