Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Frontofhouse Receptionist to join a reputed/elite wellness center in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the members and customers. Plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires excellent customer service and administration skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services treatments and wellness programs.
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle client checkins and checkouts including processing payments and providing receipts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining client records.
  • Coordinate with wellness center staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.
  • Promote and sell wellness center services memberships and products.
  • Handle cash from daily sales and assist in banking/deposit. Also maintain and update daily sales and cash reports.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferably within a wellness or hospitality setup.
  • Bachelors degree/diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with booking and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Friendly and customerfocused attitude.
  • Knowledge of wellness practices equipment and services is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Presentable with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for a continuous period.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Working Hours:

Fulltime. Could be opening closing or midshift.

Benefits:

  • The basic monthly salary is 5000 AED
