Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base for Etisalat products and services.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Manager.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities customer interactions and progress toward sales targets using the companys CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Etisalat products services and promotions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12 years of Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Sales Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
