Fleet Coordinator

Job Description:

• Prepare delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met on time.
• Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies assign drivers to routes handle employee complaints and investigate delivery issues.
• Coordinating with Drivers and Admin Manager for New Registrations/Renewals of Vehicle Registration (MULKIYA) for all vehicles.
• Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents safety concerns or licensing issues.
• To work closely with the Drivers and Admin Manager to ensure vehicles are not misused properly maintained sanitized and sent for timely inspection repair and maintenance.
• To implement new and innovative practices.
• Prepare reports such as cost and performance vehicle mileage fuel consumption and quarterly annual review report.
• Assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
• Timely delivery of vehicles and supplies to the site.
• Ensure vehicles are not misused properly maintained sanitized and sent for timely inspection repair and maintenance.

Salary Package:
