Consultant Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret medical imaging procedures, including X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound.
• Determine the type and scope of the procedure based on the patient's medical history.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality and accuracy of images to provide an accurate diagnosis.
• Consult with other medical specialists to discuss and determine the best course of treatment for patients.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to provide a safe working environment for patients and staff.
• Manage and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and completion of a residency program in Radiology.
• Active medical license and certification in Radiology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Consultant Radiologist.
• Proficiency in various imaging techniques, such as X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in medical software and technology.
