Flight Dispatcher Chinese Mandarin speaker only

As AeroControl Group continues to grow and expand globally, we are now looking for a Flight Dispatcher in China.

A Flight Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of each flight. They ensure efficient flight operations, working closely with pilots, airlines, and air traffic control by coordinating all aspects of flight plans, including flight routes, fuel requirements, weather conditions, and crew schedules.

Job Description:

• Collect the latest meteorological data from the concerned agencies and thoroughly analyze the possible effects of the weather on the route to be flown in the light of the meteorological reports and forecasts for the destination and the alternate aerodromes, recent weather reports and forecasts for the route and areas adjacent to it, and current weather maps.
• Collect the latest available data on standard instrument departures, en route facilities, noise abatement operational procedures, navigation aids, aerodrome facilities, ATC and communication procedures, NOTAM, runway conditions, search and rescue facilities, and other information and regulations likely to affect the flight and brief the flight crew as required.
• Prepare an Operational Flight Plan (computerized flight plan) is prepared using the latest updated data/information (Weather, Notam, Number of Passengers, cargo, etc.).
• If empowered to do so by the operator, to delay or cancel the flight or otherwise decide on a possible safe route or alternative routes that may flow safely and in accordance with company procedures and standards, taking into account likely weather conditions at the destination and alternate aerodromes, en-route weather and maximum fuel possible.
• Brief the crew on route analysis and the operational flight plan, bringing to their notice the factors that have influenced the choice of route.
• Any other functions necessary for the safe operation of the flight.
• Provide solutions to the client and update him with the latest status.
• Monitor Emails and all communications are responded to on time.
• Apply All requests and monitor like Handling, Permit applications, Fuel requests Etc. to receive the confirmation.
• Monitor Software updates.

Qualification/s:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• Flight Dispatcher License
• Minimum 2 Years Aviation experience
• Good command over English & Mandarin language.

** Candidates with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese will be an advantage.
