Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop effective strategies for recruitment, employee development, and retention within the interior design industry
- Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions for interior design roles
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent, including job postings, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview potential candidates, and make recommendations to clients based on their qualifications and fit for the role
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs specific to the interior design industry
- Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients are competitive in the market
