Responsibilities:
Maintaining all personal related data files & ensuring validity of requirements like visa, medical insurance card, security p , license etc.
Preparing annual leave plan of all staff.
Coordinating with the HR Department for facilitating leave forms, salary certificates etc.
Preparing KPI reports.
Coordinating all requirements concerning labor camp & transportation.
Managing all allocated vehicles; ensuring that insurance, CNIA p and registration is valid.
Preparing purchase requests for spare parts & consumables & also coordinate with suppliers for delivery.
Performing any other related duties / projects igned by the direct supervisor from time to time.
Handling Employee Grievances.
Leave Management.
