- Assist account team in handling clients integrated marketing communications briefs from project briefing all the way to project delivery.
- Assist account team on internal trafficking of projects through Creative Studio and Production
- Assist in rolling out media plans
- Obtain schedules and advise project team of any delays or variances
- Participate in weekly status meetings
- Issues copies and circulates contact reports from meetings
- Proof reads English material at all stages of project. Preferable second language to be Arabic or Mandarin
- Responds and delivers Client and internal requests in a service oriented manner
- Prepares all necessary documentation like LPOs Cost Estimates Job Lists Status Lists etc.
- Fosters a good working relationship with clients either through direct contact or in support of client needs
- Remains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting client s business
- Collects and files competitive communication and samples
- Provides other administrative support to account team
- Participate in the creative and strategy process
- Present creative and strategy work to client
Requirements
- University degree (e.g. in media or business studies)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in advertising
- Languages: fluent in English. Arabic or Mandarin as secondary (not necessary)
- Marketing knowhow (online offline integrated) with additional experience from other disciplines an advantage
- Highly motivated and cooperative behavior within a team willing and able to work across disciplines (planning creation IT etc.)
