Legalization and Employment
- Advises current employees on possible relocation options
- Coordinates communication between the employee and the agency
- Consults employees over documents and local labor laws
- Assists employees in obtaining documents necessary to get employment or for legalization
- Keeps the employee relocation list up to date
- Keeps track of the employee's relocation budget
Day to day Queries/policies
- Issues certificates for employees on request (employee confirmation, salary certificate, etc)
- Assists on employees business trips conduction
- Searches for and maintains a comfortable environment in the hub office
Engagement
- On request, People Partners provides information on local holidays and celebrations
- Searches for contractors, venues and other things needed to organize the event
- Coordinates the event in the location under their supervision
- Resolves emerging issues on the ground
- Acts as a Culture representative on the ground and supports all the events.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Proven Experience in a similar position in a faced-past environment
- Proven experience with relocation process requested
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage many topics at the same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
