HR Analyst 6 months

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical HR Analyst to support our HR transformation project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of the project implementation focusing on HR strategy organizational redesign and talent management to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.

Note: This is 69 months contract role.

Location: Abu Dhabi (onsite 5 days MonFri)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for the HR transformation project.
  
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support project initiatives.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of new HR processes and system configurations.
  
• Collect analyze and interpret HR data to support project mandates
  
• Support in the design and implementation of new organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to support the new organizational design.
  
• Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during the redesign process.
  
• Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies including competency framework performance management and L&D.
  
• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the project implementation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 68 years of experience in HR analytics HRIS or a related role.
  
• Must be expert in data analysis tools and MS Office (e.g. Excel Powerpoint SQL).
  
• Experience with HRIS systems and tools (e.g. OrgVue Oracle or SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  
• Familiar with job evaluation methodology
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
