Responsibilities:

Craft and communicate a captivating artistic direction for each project that aligns seamlessly with the brand s identity.

Provide precise guidance and inspiration to ensure the work reflects the brand s vision and objectives effectively.

Lead the entire artistic process from budgeting and scheduling to resources management ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Cultivate a collaborative environment to enhance creative outcomes.

Benefits

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in fine arts visual arts graphic design or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.

Proven experience as an art director or in a similar creative leadership role ideally within the luxury sector.

Strong artistic vision and a refined aesthetic sensibility demonstrating a deep understanding and appreciation for luxury.

Outstanding leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards creative excellence.
