Job Description:
- Develop implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Create manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Product Development Teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and advertising
- Adhere to rules and regulation.
- Present to Senior Management
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Drafts and edits proposals reports and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinates with logistics for company projects.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Twitter Linkedin Instagram Tiktok and other social media best practises.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web designing and publishing
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Great interpersonal presentation and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email phone etc.)
- Preferably FEMALE
