As a Sales Executive in the UAE you will be responsible for generating sales leads building relationships with prospective and existing customers and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will represent the companys products or services understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within target organizations or sectors.Research and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:Prospect and qualify new leads through networking cold calling and referrals.Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services based on their needs.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and demonstrations to potential clients.Showcase product features benefits and competitive advantages effectively.Address customer inquiries and objections to close sales and achieve customer satisfaction.Sales Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within defined timelines.Follow up on sales activities and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.Market Intelligence and Reporting:Monitor and report on sales performance metrics market trends and competitor activities.Provide feedback to management on market conditions customer needs and product improvements.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales growth.Skills and Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Sales Executive Sales Representative or similar role preferably in the UAE market.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).Working Conditions:Sales Executives in the UAE may work in various industries including retail real estate hospitality technology and more.The role may involve frequent travel within the UAE or to client sites especially in sales roles requiring fieldwork.Working hours are typically standard office hours but flexibility may be required based on client meetings and sales activities.Salary and Benefits:Salaries for Sales Executives in the UAE vary significantly depending on the industry company size and experience level.
