3RD UNIT is an UAEbased early stage entertainment fintech company.
We are building a digital ecosystem a launchpad for creators and marketplace for creative digital assets enabling and democratizing access to investment in early stage entertainment intellectual property (IP).
We see an immense opportunity to scout nurture and finance nascent creative IPs tailoring them from the ground up to seamlessly integrate into film gaming and locationbased entertainment franchises right at the preproduction stage. We need the right talentto join us to build it.
This is a senior strategy leadership role. We are looking for a product and customerexperience focused leader who can confidentially grow the companys technical and product foundations through early stages of the venture: MVP zero to one and from one to ten. This role requires deep curiosity and understanding of fintech product architecture (TradFi and DeFi) a genuine understandingof blockchain technologies and tech in entertainment media (gaming engines generative AI tools design tools). Longterm this is a exetuive team leadership role requiring toptier crossfunctional collaboration skills and integrity. Top ESOP and / or cofounder status possible (conditions apply).
Role requirements:
5 years experience developing and launching products in relevant industries (tech fintech entertainment)
handson technical background (35 years experience in a technical role) OR formal technical education (min. BSc in Computing or equivalent)
ability to prove fit for earlystage product and venture building stage(essential)
ability to thrive in ambiguity operate independently and collaborate effectively across roles functions and timezones
excellent English written and verbal communication skills
