Deals Strategy amp Operations Senior Manager - Industrial Manufacturing amp Automotive - PwC

As a Senior Manager in the Industrials Manufacturing and Automotive sector youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the successful delivery of projects which may include multiple projects at a time while leading a team of 34 consultants

• Managing the client relationship on a daytoday basis including other stakeholders

• Structuring and ensuring the development of reports encompassing the relevant analysis findings and recommendations

• Supporting on business development efforts across key geographies in the GCC and within various sectors

• Taking an active role in new business development and pursuit activities including client lead maturation proposal development and closing new business opportunities

• Identifying and addressing client needs: building maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships

• Developing highimpact work plans: prioritizing issues that drive the answer developing creative ways to prove or disprove hypotheses estimating time and resourcing required for work modules

• Managing project workstreams and developing proposals deliverables and reports using the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel Word PowerPoint

• 7 years of relevant work experience including demonstrated career progression to a Senior Managerequivalent level in a strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy roles

• Sector experience with a focus on industrial manufacturing automotive and/or construction sectors preferably within the Middle East

• Proven track record of success in developing corporate portfolio strategies and delivering commercial due diligence projects

• Hands on experience with assisting clients in strategic planning and business reviews; growth market entry and international expansion; and market opportunity sizing

• Experience with deals M&A and Joint Ventures strong understanding of mergers integrations spinoffs and/or divestiture transactions including options analyses and recommendations

• Ability to develop and execute programs on production localisation attracting FDI and developing outward direct investment programs

• Rigorous analytical skills ability to excel at solving problems that require sound logical reasoning creative thinking fluency with numbers and ability to untangle complex issues

• Highly motivated energetic enthusiastic committed and inclusive team player

• Ability to exercise business judgement communicate persuasively and generate insights to build trusting client relationships

• Ability to project poise confidence and professional maturity in both internal and external situations; engaging and concise with good interpersonal presence comfortable both in the Csuite and team room settings

• Flexibility and ability to serve and address a wide range of client assignments; ability to meet tight deadlines

• Confident to manage multiresource engagements: using work plans to manage daytoday execution removing roadblocks proactively asking for help effectively communicating up down and laterally

• Articulate and compelling verbal written and presentation skills are vital

• Entrepreneurial proactive pragmatic someone who rolls up the sleeves and gets things done

• Arabic speaking considered a big plus

• Flexibility to travel 2040% of the time
