• You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and constant reporting for all operating department including Rooms F&B and Spa.
• Youll also be responsible for systems data health maintenance optimization and overall systems integrity following Dorchester Collection guidelines and standards in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
• You will be creating daily weekly monthly and other ad hoc reports for Rooms F&B and Spa department highlighting key performance indicators.
• You will provide recommendations following analysis of business trends and suggestions.
• In addition you will conduct regular industry benchmark and identify tactical opportunities to maximize revenues across the hotel.
• Cooperation with the whole S&M Spa and F&B departments you will ensure the teams are equipped with relevant data to support strategies.
