THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to take ownership of the NavVis Cloud web application, and enable a le, secure and reliable platform for hosting & managing our reality capture platform?

In this role, you will closely work with Software & Infrastructure engineers, UI/UX designers, Product managers, customer-facing teams, and the CTO to determine strategic priorities and translate them into product enhancements. You will be a crucial part of our Product Reality Access team, which manages our reality capture platform, NavVis IVION. People that are part of this team actively shape the future of 3D reality capture and visualization technologies, bringing state-of-the-art cloud-based software to customers around the globe.
We are looking for your expertise to shape the discovery & development processes in our empowered product teams!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will improve the overall visibility of IVION as SaaS and convince enterprise customers to move to cloud to be on the leading edge of technology
• You will take ownership of the initiatives connected & influenced to company OKR's and lead the smooth transition to SaaS
• You will use your curiosity for continuous improvement by deep-diving into our customers' needs, their workflows, and use cases, as well as the reality capture industry
• You will play an active part in translating opportunities into product requirements and prioritizing them accordingly
• You will be empowered to successfully deliver solutions in very close collaboration with software engineers, designers, and program managers support strategy to migrate our Enterprises from current setup to Kubernetes
• You will proactively bring together all stakeholder voices to the table, driving key decisions, and removing roadblocks for the team to deliver
• You will leverage your ytical and problem-solving ss to measure our products' progress towards NavVis' strategic goals, and translate this data into action
• You will play a key role in redesigning the workflow and corresponding UI improvements

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• A Master / Bachelor degree in computer science or electrical engineering (or similar)
• 2-3 years Product Management experience with focus on SaaS software
• Technical knowledge and motivation to build cloud B2B SaaS software
• Previous experience as a developer
• Demonstrated experience with agile software development processes from prototyping to release
• A natural curiosity and interest to collaborate with software engineers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies and opportunities in depth
• The ability to see the bigger picture, a keen eye for detail and strong customer empathy
• Excellent communication and presentation ss in English, German is a plus
