Job Description
• Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to develop and execute the overall learning strategy for the cluster of hotels.
• Conduct training needs ysis to identify learning gaps and development opportunities for Heartists across various departments.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to address identified needs and enhance Heartists' ss and competencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations using the designated administrative systems and files.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and evaluation metrics, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
• Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals and objectives.
