As a PR Coordinator you will be in charge of executing all public relations activities within the organization. The ideal applicant for this position should have a solid understanding of Public Relations and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and distributes weekly press alerts to targeted media agencies and other contacts
- Coordinates with agency partners and maintains an updated list of local and international media contacts
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all administrative duties and keep files records and documents up to date
- Conduct research and generate reports to support the companys projects and initiatives
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Assist the Director of PR with daily activities as needed
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant in a luxury hotel in the UAE
- Exceptional time management skills and a strong understanding of industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and all Social Media Platforms
