Roamer

We are seeking Bar Backs / Bussers / Food Runners (we call that a Roamer ). Roamers are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Roamers are responsible for promptly delivering and removing food and beverage items maintaining a clean environment and assisting servers and bartenders. Roamers report directly to the Floor Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

Provide aboveandbeyond service to Guests with a friendly face

Deliver cold freshly poured drinks and prepared food to Guests

Clean up spilled food drink and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash Assist servers and bartenders in their service duties

Keep golf simulator bays and service areas cleared and clean

Maintain outstanding energy urgency and attention to detail

Actively check in with Guests throughout their booking to ensure satisfaction

Take pride and ownership of each Guest s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf

Assist team with restocking of key items such as ice crockery cutlery napkins etc

Assist bar team by maintaining keg room ambiance

Communicate with management team any issues or low call items

Required Qualifications:

Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required

Upbeat energy and enthusiasm

Positive Cando attitude

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team

Ability to stand walk and bend for long periods of time

Proficient verbal and oral communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to be proactive and anticipate guest needs

Flexibility to work a variety of working shifts and patterns
