Grade: Section Head (SH L4)
Contract Status : 3 Year Limited contract /Single
Salary: AED 9000 Emirati Dirham only) per month
Service Charge: Eligible in line with company policy
Transportation: In line with company policy
Incentive: At the sole and absolute discretion of the Company you may be entitled to an incentive as per policy and subject to the owners approval. All incentives paid to remain at the final discretion of the
owners.
Taxation: Your salary is taxfree at this stage in UAE. We encourage you to check with your home countrys fiscal services.
Accommodation: One Bedroom Apartment provided in Housing inclusive of utility & internet Employment date
Hotel Outlet Personal consumption: 50% discount on food and beverages for self only. Always subject
to availability in line with hotel policy Employment date
Meals: Unlimited access to team members restaurants for self only Employment date
Entertainment: Eligible to entertain up to 4 guests for business requirements in hotel outlets per meal period. Prior approval to be taken for specialty restaurant. Tobacco and Alcohol are not included.
Relocation Entitlement: Relocation to Abu Dhabi UAE: up to 200 kg or 1.5 m3. Outbound relocation provided if end of contract occurs after 3 years of service. As per company policy prior to the relocation please send us 3 quotations of the shipment costs for consideration and approval subject to the following criteria being satisfied
Relocation Ticket : Relocation economy class ticket provided to Abu Dhabi International Airport from Point of Hire Airport.
Use of Hotel Spa: 50% discount on treatments and a 30% discount on retail purchases of spa products. (Team Member only)
Repatriation Entitlement: Upon completing of 3 years of service we will provide one way
economy class ticket to country of your passport.
Health Care & Insurance: Medical insurance all required employer insurances
Mobile: In line with the hotel policy
Working hours:
Minimum of 48 hours per week over 5 days. Not eligible for overtime
Learning & Development: Personal ELearning license in line with company policy
Minor Team Member Discount: Eligible for team members discount program and friends and family
rate in all minor hotels in line with policy
Public Holidays per year: As per UAE Law. All PHs must be used within 4 weeks of them being accrued otherwise they will be lost.
Maternity Leave: As per UAE Law.
Paternity Leave: As per UAE Law.
Compassionate Leave: (5) five days of bereavement leave in case of death of the husband or wife and (3) three
days in case of death of the mother father son brother sister grandson grandfather or grandmother starting from the date of death.
Paid sick leave: After six months of service entitled to a maximum of 15 days of sick leave paid in full followed by a maximum of four weeks at half pay. Thereafter sickness absence is unpaid. Unused sick leave may not be cashed out accrued or carried over
Study Leave: Eligibility for study leave up to 10 days upon completion of two years of service
Annual Leave Airfare: Annual direct return economy ticket allowance for self.
Ticket upon the end of the contract: Repatriation ticket provided if returning to country of passport.
Gratuity: Statutory as per UAE Law.
Uniform & Laundry: Uniform only. 50% discount for personal laundry.
