Business Analyst E-commerce - Al Nexzit Consults

Job Description:

• Analyzing user behavior and website traffic data to identify areas for improvement.
• Working with stakeholders across departments (marketing sales operations) to understand business requirements.
• Eliciting documenting and analyzing business requirements for new ecommerce features and functionalities.
• Collaborating with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet user needs.
• Writing clear and concise user stories and documentation.
• Staying uptodate on ecommerce trends and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams.
• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban) a plus.
