Implemented the RAROC framework across Corporate Banking (including international locations) to drive the riskbased performance for Corporate Banking Group
Review and validation of the RAROC calculations submitted by RMs at RAROC review desk within timely manner.
Provided RAROC related training to all business stakeholders and as well as senior management for embedding the framework in the group.
Monitor the adherence of the RAROC process and report breaches timely (if any) to the senior management and discuss the regularization plan with respective businesses.
Implementation of the groupwide RAROC policies procedures and controls so that all the relevant procedural/regulatory requirements fulfilled.
