Financial Planning Analysis professionals UAE National

• Lead the financial planning analysis management reporting and finance business partnering for the assigned clusters within the company.
  
• Analyze interpret & communicate financial results (including variance to budget and prior years) to internal stakeholders with strong analysis insights and recommendations.
  
• Enhance reporting using BI tools (e.g. ThinkCell PowerBI) to ensure comprehensive financial visibility and to provide new insights to management.
  
• Develop a solid understanding of the portfolio companies within the assigned clusters their core business activities and financial position/structure. Recommend opportunities to drive value creation (e.g. across P&L working capital ROE etc.).
  
• Participate in asset budgeting process engaging in constructive dialogue & challenging assumptions. Consolidate the 5year cluster financial business plan incorporating opex capex and capital investment requirements.
  
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts (P&L Balance Sheet & Cash flow statements)
  
• Support the annual funding process with the Department of Finance aligning budgets and securing funding for key CAPEX projects and OPEX grants (where relevant for the clusters).
  
• Collaborate with other members of the FP&A team
  
• Ensure other finance teams within the company (tax treasury & accounting) are aware of relevant cluster developments and involved where needed.
  
• Participate in the management of ad hoc internal audit and risk management requirements and support annual external audit requirements where required.
