Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development and a strong understanding of web development best practices. This role involves designing coding and modifying websites from layout to function according to the companys specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature userfriendly design and clear navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our companys WordPress websites ensuring high performance responsiveness and availability.
• Design and implement new features and functionality to improve the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate visual designs into functional and responsive web pages.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the site is secure by implementing the best security practices and regularly updating WordPress core themes and plugins.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Manage all technical aspects of the CMS including custom themes and plugin development.
• Provide technical support and expertise to other team members and stakeholders.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our website remains modern and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of PHP backend development.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Experience in building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Familiarity with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON XML).
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent

Pay: AED3500.00 AED5000.00 per month
