Oracle BI Developer

About the Role:

We are searching for a talented and motivated BI Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our Business Intelligence (BI) solutions on the Oracle Application Server. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, designing, developing, and deploying BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BI solutions using Oracle BI tools and technologies on the Oracle Application Server.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from various data sources.
• Implement data transformations (ETL) to prepare data for analysis.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports and dashboards.
• Document BI solutions and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience with Oracle BI tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Answers, Oracle Data Integrator).
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation tools (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Oracle Application Server administration (a plus).
