We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for continuous learning and development strong communication skills and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs for employees at all levels.
- Design and deliver creative and engaging training programs both in person and online to enhance employees skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and utilize their expertise in the development of training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and record employees training and development activities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the training programs.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their performance and career development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to learning and development.
- Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Training and Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and elearning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training software and tools.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR Psychology or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR with a minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development.
- Experience in leading organizations preferably in the Real Estate or Property sector in UAE/GCC.
- Experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management.
