Project Knowledge Management -
- Follow up with all tenant related matters for new and existing buildings
- Follow up: this queue houses work orders that require additional follow-up prior to dispatching. This work orders in tis queue should be processed from oldest to newest.
- Routine day to day activities checklist to ensure all issues and tasks are followed, resolved and reports submitted
- Maintains knowledge of all property locations, types, rates, and amenities in all markets
Lead Management -
- Responsible to follow all escalation process for all urgent and emergency work
- Responsible for logging into CRM and phone calls providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates
- Promote further leads transfer on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Sales Force Driven -
- Achieving and document controlling
- Handling for Sales Force & follow up all the sold unit issues to the related department
- Perform any additional duties requested by manager
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Degree (ideally in Business Admin)
- 2-3 experience withing CS & Sales
- Experience with Excel
- Must have experience working with conveyancing team
- MUST be Arabic speaking
