About You: You will oversee Quality Assurance programs, handle complaint management, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction within MSH Americas.
This role requires technical, analytical, and communication skills to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a team of Auditors, analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes aligned with MSH priorities and objectives. In this role, you’ll get to experience: Manage, coach, and develop the Quality Auditor team. Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze data to develop recommendations for process changes. Lead Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams in designing and implementing solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences. Facilitate meetings, develop project plans, and ensure project milestones are met. Document new processes, procedures, and workflows to improve operations and performance.
Collaborate with the training department to ensure sustained changes. Monitor and evaluate process improvement initiatives. Prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact and feasibility. Build and maintain relationships with management and stakeholders. Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with Business Excellence teams to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Identify initiatives to boost digital adoption rates and automation projects. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Quality Assurance and process improvement. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change in complex environments. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certified. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze complex data. Ability to manage conflicts with tact and diplomacy. Ability to drive workshops and collaborate efficiently with other Managers and leaders. What do you need to succeed? Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in digital transformation initiatives. Experience in the insurance industry. Bilingual in English and French.
