Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement in the Northern Emirates.
Perform market analysis to gauge customer needs competitive environments and marketing effectiveness.
Plan organize and execute marketing and promotional events that align with local cultural nuances and business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and project management teams to integrate marketing strategies with business plans.
Manage and optimize the companys social media profiles and presence to boost social engagement and brand awareness.
Create and distribute engaging written graphic and video content across various marketing channels.
Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance with suggestions for improvement.
Establish and maintain relationships with key community leaders and organizations to foster brand loyalty and community engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Must be an Emirati national residing in or willing to relocate to the Northern Emirates.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in a similar role.
Deep understanding of the Northern Emirates market dynamics and cultural values.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
Proficient in digital marketing including SEO PPC social media and email marketing campaigns.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
