HR Specialist - PSdigital

Overview:
HR (Human Resources) specialist at PSdigital Their key role is in recruiting screening interviewing processing and training new hires. They also handle employee relations payroll benefits and have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
Develop advise on and implement the company policies.
Coordinate and administer employee programs including benefits compensation and workplace safety.
Manage staffing logistics including managing job postings reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Assist with employee relations issues such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees on various HRrelated topics.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace. assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.

Skills and Qualifications :
12 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
Detailed knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degrees in Human Resources or related fields and HR certifications (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRM) may be preferred.
