We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and drive strategic growth as we continue to expand.

Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and management of our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial health and aligning our financial practices with the companys business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning with a strong understanding of the travel and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with companys longterm business goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to key decisionmaking processes.
• Identify analyze and mitigate financial risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to guide strategic decisionmaking.

3. Financial Operations & Reporting:

• Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounting payroll and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting both internally and externally.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

4. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

• Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential mergers acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
• Analyze and evaluate business cases for investments ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

5. Internal Controls & Compliance:

• Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations tax laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address any financial issues or findings.

6. Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and lead a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching mentorship and development opportunities to finance team members.
• Promote crossfunctional collaboration to support the broader goals of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
• CPA CFA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 68 years of progressive financial experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with Oracle SAP or ERP system is a must
• Proven expertise in financial strategy planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus.
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in UAE market is a must
