HRIS Payroll Analyst
LHH is assisting with a search for a HRIS Payroll Analyst for a project with a client in Kansas City, MO. This will be a hybrid role requiring you to work on-site 2 days/week to assist with a Payroll System implementation to Workday. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of payroll experience with expertise in Workday. This is a 6-9 month contract paying $30/hour and going up based on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the payroll team in troubleshooting and resolving issues during the Workday implementation.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and HRIS teams to create test plans, analyze test cases, and identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
- Manage system upgrades and participate in the evaluation of new system features, testing, and providing go/no-go recommendations.
- Assist with the configuration, development, and guidance of Workday’s payroll system to ensure a smooth transition from the current system.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data management throughout the company by overseeing HRIS data entries.
- Provide training, guidance, technical support, and troubleshooting to all HRIS users3.
- Create and maintain reports for compensation-related items and assist with the implementation of benefit plans and annual enrollments.
