Sales Executive

Promoting Logistics Solutions:

• Proactively promoting transportation solutions to clients and prospects that align with their supply chain needs.
  
• Identifying and selling innovative solutions and services to drive continuous improvement in client operations.
  

Building Client Relationships:

• Researching and seeking out prospects through sales calls to build a portfolio of clients.
  
• Acting as the primary point of contact between clients carriers shippers and receivers.
  
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  

Overseeing Goods Movement:

• Ensuring timely pickup transportation and delivery of clients goods to their satisfaction.
  
• Negotiating rates with clients to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  
• Staying updated with market freight rates to determine fair pricing for transportation services.
  

Effective Communication:

• Communicating with clients and prospects via telephone and scheduling visits when necessary to follow up on potential business opportunities.
  
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in sales preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  
• Strong negotiation communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain operations.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  
• UAE driving license is preferred.
