Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize rental car bookings and revenue
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performance
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market share
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and make recommendations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
