We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition revenue growth and market expansion within the Beauty division. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships. The focus is on personality leadership and sales capability and industryspecific experience is a plus.
Key Reponsibilities
- Lead manage and develop the sales activity to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Foster a highperformance culture within the sales team through continuous training coaching and professional development.
- Oversee and drive sales efforts within the Beauty division focusing on both B2B and Trading channels.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
