We are looking for a Residential Site Manager to join an award winning builder, who focus on high end residential builds for a truly valued client base. Their builds epitomize modern living, blending contemporary design with superior craftsmanship to create vibrant communities that last. 

About the Role: 

As a Site Manager, you will oversee townhouse projects from inception to completion. You will be a key member of the organisation and construction team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  
  
• Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  
  
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.
  
  

What you will bring to the Role: 

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably Medium density. (2-5 years ideal)
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
  
• A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Experience in a trade would be highly regarded.
