Civil Construction Manager

Position: Civil Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Salary Range: AED 20000/ to AED 30000/ per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of site experience in highrise building construction residential/luxury villas or hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Liaise with architects engineers and other stakeholders to resolve any constructionrelated issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports financial reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Review and approve project plans designs and blueprints ensuring feasibility and adherence to regulations.
• Manage project resources effectively including materials equipment and labor.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Address any unexpected issues or delays promptly adjusting plans and schedules as necessary.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and construction documents.
• Proficient in construction project management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Must be currently living and working in Abu Dhabi.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects successfully.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
